Ingredients:
5pcs Chicken wings
1tsp Ginger-garlic paste
1tsp Red chili powder
1tsp cumin and black pepper powder
1/2 spoon turmeric
1tsp Vinegar
1/2tsp Soya sauce
1/2tsp Red food colour (optional)
1/2 cup refined flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup corn flakes
1 egg
1 cup milk
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste
How to fry chicken wings: Method
1. Clean chicken wings, add salt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, vinegar, soya sauce, and mix it thoroughly. Marinate this for about 1-2 hours.
2. Take one bowl, break an egg into it, whisk it nicely. Now add milk to this egg, whisk it one more time.
3. In another bowl, add refined flour, corn starch, bread crumbs, corn flakes, red chili powder, cumin black pepper powder, turmeric and salt. Mix this properly.
4. One by one, deep chicken wings in egg-milk batter and then in the breadcrumb mixture and keep in a separate plate.
5. Keep the frying pan on gas, add oil for deep frying, and make it hot. Once the oil is hot, add about four chicken wings in oil and fry them until golden and get cooked inside. Make sure you fry them on medium flame.
6. Once wings are fried, remove them on tissue paper. And serve hot.
