National Thermal Power Corporation Post Details

Associate position for Retired Executives from PSUs/Govt. Organisations/ Organisations of repute for the HR department:

Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate with an MBA (HR) /PG Diploma (HRD/HRM/Personnel Management/MSW)

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in the majority of HR functions like General Administration & Estate Management, Hospitality Services, Employee Benefit, Contracts, Medical – Liaising with hospitals and PRMS beneficiaries, Protocol Services and Coordination, Legal, Rajbhasha, Stakeholder Management, Security Coordination, Organizing of Events.

The candidate must have retired from E4–E6 grade equivalent of NTPC.
