Today we will write a delicious Tapioca pearls dessert recipe that can be made on any holiday or festive season or celebration.
Ingredients:
150 Grams of tapioca pearls (white small)
150 Grams of sugar
2 tsp clarified butter or regular butter
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
1/2 cup dry fruits (cashew, almonds, pistachio, raisins)
1/ tsp salt
Delicious Tapioca Pearls Dessert Recipe:
- Wash tapioca pearls 2 to 3 times in the bowl to remove extra starch.
- Now add water till 1 inch above of tapioca pearls. And soak it for a half-hour.
- After half hour, tapioca pearls will absorb all the water, and they will puff a little.
- Heat pan on gas and grease it with clarified butter. If you have a non-stick pan, you can avoid this.
- Once the pan is hot, add tapioca pearls and roast it nicely.
- Roast it for around 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame.
- The water will dry up.
- Now add boiled milk to these tapioca pearls. And keep stirring so that it won't stick to the bottom.
- Keep this on low flame and let the tapioca pearls cook.
- Add sugar, cardamom powder, salt and keep it to cook more on low flame.
- Heat another pan and add little clarified butter and roast dry fruits for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add these roasted dry fruits in the tapioca pearls dessert, turn off the flame and mix it nicely.
- Serve hot or cold according to your choice.
Advice:
- You can add your favourite fruits on top like blueberries.
