Eligibility for SECR ACT Apprentice Recruitment 2024

Education: Applicants must have passed Matriculation or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks. Additionally, they should possess a National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the relevant trade.

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 15 to 24 years old as of April 10, 2024. Certain age relaxations are applicable for specific categories as per the notification.

Selection Process for SECR Act Apprentices

The South East Central Railway is conducting a selection process for Act Apprentices for the upcoming year. Selection will be based on merit, with preference given to older candidates or those who passed the matriculation exam earlier in case of a tie. Selected candidates will undergo one year of training with stipend rates as per prescribed standards.
